The Replanting Program of 200 Fig Trees at Tabin Wildlife Resort, Lahad Datu in conjunction with the Malaysian Greening Program – 100 Million Tree Planting Campaign 2021-2025 which was organized by the Lahad Datu District Council together with BORA was held on 7 November 2023.

The program was inaugurated by the Deputy Chairman of the District Council Lahad Datu, Community Development Leader, Datuk Mizma Appehdullah. Other agencies such as Sabah Forestry Department, Sabah Wildlife Department, Tabin Wildlife Resort, Sawit Kinabalu, PDRM, Fire and Rescue Department and Malaysian Information Department were present also in the program. A total of 150 Ficus Benjamina and 50 Ficus Microcarpa have been planted around the Tabin Wildlife Resort area. The replanting of these Ficus aims to return the fig trees to its original habitat.
