KINABATANGAN: On 16 June 2025, Sawit Kinabalu proudly welcomed a delegation of international journalists from Egypt, the Philippines, Pakistan, India, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan for an exclusive familiarisation trip to our Menanggol Estate, Sepagaya Mill, and the Sg Pin Conservation Area (SPnCA).
Organised by the Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) and led by Mr. Anthony K. Veerayan and Ms. Nur Najihah Harun, the visit showcased our commitment to sustainable palm oil, biodiversity conservation, and community inclusion.
At Menanggol Estate: Journalists saw sustainable plantation practices in action.

At Sepagaya Mill: They learned about traceability, waste management, and green technologies.

At SPnCA: they explored our ongoing conservation initiatives and community-based programs, and also took part in greening efforts by planting a variety of fast-growing tree species, leaving a lasting mark on the landscape they came to learn about.
