KINABATANGAN: On 15 May 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting 61 students from Faculty of Tropical Forestry, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) at the Sg Pin Conservation Area (SPnCA) for an immersive field trip focused on environmental education and hands-on conservation.

Led by the ever-dedicated Dr. Affendy Hassan, this visit marks the third time UMS has joined us—an ongoing partnership we deeply value. We are truly grateful for their continued support and commitment to nurturing the next generation of conservation champions.

Throughout the day, the students participated in a variety of meaningful activities that brought them closer to nature. They explored our forest trails during a guided hike, enjoyed a peaceful river cruise, toured our native plant nursery and most importantly, contributed to reforestation through tree planting.

Thank you once again to Dr. Affendy and all UMS students involved for making this visit impactful and memorable. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future!
