What an amazing sight and so fortunate of our group of visitors from the UK and Australia as they witnessed an amazing gibbon with its baby during their hike to Mansuli Hill which was spotted by our ranger Micko and Khairul. Hylobates Funereus (North Bornean Gibbon), previously named Hylobates Muelleri is endemic to the lush tropical evergreen forests of Borneo. The species is however classified as Endangered by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN).

Thus, the forests in SPnCA is very important to be protected as it holds such an amazing treasure inside.
